We done it!

I have just put the final touches to our final bears for 2024, and have sat looking at them with quiet reflection, these bears mean so much to the recipients, and we are extremely lucky that we have been asked to make them, these bears will be in someone's Christmas sack Christmas morning, there may be tears, there may be joy or sadness but we at Marchantos have been able to fill that promise.

We have had a long road to get where we are, its been a hard struggle at times, and many times we thought financially and mentally we wouldn't make it. We have had serious illness in the family, we had Covid lockdown , then death and more death of key family members, then separations and divorce and major house moves. We have had to shut our little shop many times when we have had to sort things out, but at no point have any of our clients cancelled an order, been angry or sent an irate message. We have always been honest an upfront and let our clients know what's going on. To be honest our little Facebook page has kept us going through some very dark times. A simple message from a follower has kept us afloat with the determination to carry on. We are in a good place now, 2025 will be a tremendous year, with lots of new things happening, lots of new designs and hopefully lots of new followers, and a very special event happening in January, we will be posting more on this when it happens!

A lovely lady sent me a message recently and said "there is a reason that the rear view window is smaller than the front windscreen", she was right, we need to look forward and cherish every moment.
